Can you get a heightened sense of smell when you are off the pill?

I stopped the pill the 12st of April, I had sex unprotectedly with fiancee after that all the way up to now. Recently I had nothing but pregnancy symptoms. Everything from frequent discharge to extreme nausea. My period was suppose to start today. Nothing. Yesterday when I peed i did spot some light pink and what I think it was blood. It was so bright pink it looked like melted candy gum. But because I got off the pill like some week's back, Everyone has been saying it's my hormones going crazy. But one major thing that has been hitting me hard is infact a heightened sense of smell! Everything is unexpectedly hitting my nose like crazy and out of no where! most nasty and to where I have to cover my nose. is that a major pregnancy symptom or can also be from getting off the pill? when should I test, no period yet and its suppose to be today.
